According to "The People's Republic of China anti-dumping" provisions of the Tariff Commission decided November 22, 2008 onwards, originating in Japan, South Korea and the United States imports of toluene diisocyanate (model TDI80/20, the same below) to continue anti-dumping duties. Among them, South Korea FINE CHEMICAL Co., Ltd. (Korea Fine Chemical Co., Ltd.) Apply anti-dumping duty rate of 5.08% (Administration of Customs Announcement No. 82 of 2008 and the business in 2008 Notice No. 84). Recently, according to the enterprises involved to apply, the Ministry of Commerce review of the decision by the South Korean KPX FINE CHEMICAL CO., LTD. Inheritance Korea FINE CHEMICAL Co., Ltd. in toluene diisocyanate anti-dumping cases in the application of anti-dumping duties and other rights and obligations (see this announcement attachments ). The relevant matters are announced as follows:
First, since January 23, 2009, the right to South Korea KPX FINE CHEMICAL CO., LTD. For the origin of names declared imports of toluene diisocyanate, the Customs in accordance with the 5.08% of the anti-dumping duties imposed anti-dumping duties; on the Korean FINE CHEMICAL Co., Ltd. for the origin of names declared imports of toluene diisocyanate, the Customs in accordance with the "other South Korean companies," 61.14 percent anti-dumping duties imposed anti-dumping duties.
Second, since January 23, 2009 to the announcement date, due to the Korean companies in toluene diisocyanate anti-dumping case in the rights and obligations of change, resulting in multi-levy or less imposed anti-dumping duty tax, customs and should be returned to or complement sign.
3, originating in Japan, South Korea and the United States imports of toluene diisocyanate anti-dumping duties and other matters, are still relevant notice in accordance with Customs regulations.
