To further define the preferential trade agreements, import and export goods under the declaration of fill in request, the Customs Notice No. 52, 2008 Annex, "The People's Republic of China Customs import and export goods declaration form filled out standard" in "32, accompanying document "under subsection (c) is amended as follows: 1. Under the preferential trade agreement the following requirements for filing import and export goods Junan: "Y" for the certificate of origin code. Select the code of preferential trade agreements, "01", "02", "03", "04", "05", "06", "07", "08", "09", "10", "11" complete. "01" for the "Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement" under the import and export goods; "02" for "China - ASEAN Free Trade Area" under the import and export goods; "03" for "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" (Hong Kong CEPA) under the import goods; "04" as "the Mainland and Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" (Macao CEPA) under the import goods; "05" to "preferential treatment for Africa" under the import goods; "06" to "Taiwan's agricultural tariff measures" under the imported goods; "07" for "China and Pakistan Free Trade Area" under the import and export goods; "08" as the "Sino-Chilean Free Trade Area" under the import and export goods; "09" to "preferential treatment on Yemen," the import of goods under; "10" to "New (Zealand) Free Trade Area" under the import and export goods; "11" as "the new (Singapore) Free Trade Area" under the import and export goods. 2. Specific reporting requirements are as follows: (1), the implementation of network management certificate of origin, accompanying documents and code field filled "Y", attached document number column "<>" fill in the code of preferential trade agreements. For example, imported goods of Hong Kong under CEPA, should be reported as: "Y" and "<03>." Imported goods in a vote involving more than one certificate of origin or certificate of origin with non-commodity, single-fill points. (2), failure to implement the network management certificate of origin, accompanying documents and code field filled "Y", attached document number column "<>" fill in the preferential trade agreements need to license product number code +":"+ . Such as "Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement," under the import and export declarations in 1 to 3 and 5 for the goods under preferential trade agreements should be reported as: "<01:1-3,5>."
